About Victoria Stevens
Victoria Stevens is a Professional and Author of several Self-Help books. Victoria’s interest in childhood trauma and development began very early in her life. Since childhood, her highly manipulative and authoritative parents, which brought her enormous suffering verbally abused her.
Victoria approached life disheartened because of her parents' effect on her self-confidence and self-love and lived several stories and friendships, one more troubled than the other!
To the young Victoria the world felt like a very unpredictable and unsafe place, but not being the woman who gives up easily, she delved into the theories of developmental psychology and childhood trauma for herself and to ease the suffering she sees in so many people.
Victoria has already helped thousands of people regain a healthy and successful self-image, healing their inner child, integrating all their inner parts living in the shadow, and achieving a sense of wholeness and freedom. The scholarship of Carl Jung has heavily influenced her daily practice and many other well-renewed psychologists, psychotherapists, and physicians.
The author's mission is to share with as many people as possible her most effective methods for resolving inner issues through the famous method of "shadow work journaling workbook with prompts" and the "3 letters to Improve personal awareness and authenticity". These concepts represent her greatest discoveries and her most successful tools in helping her readers.
Through these books, she hopes you can see her heart and vision beyond the ordinary and let it take you on a journey of growth and love. Fighting your insecurities along the way with her, and she knows you will get a life-changing experience from these journals workbooks.
